Frequently asked questions

How does the day work?

Gates and accreditation from 8:00 am, mandatory drivers briefing at 8:45 am, then the track is yours: open pit from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, you decide when and how much you drive. After check-in every participant gets a wristband as access and safety proof.

How many cars are on track at once?

There are 50 spots in total and a maximum of 30 cars on track at the same time. A traffic light shows the current status. In practice it stays green almost all day, because not everyone is out on track at the same time.

What happens if it rains?

We run in any weather. Before the event you get access to our live weather briefing: chance of rain, track temperature and a matching tyre recommendation, updated hourly.

Can I cancel?

Date-bound events are excluded from the right of withdrawal, but we are flexible: up to 8 weeks before you get 75 % as a voucher, up to 4 weeks 50 %. Vouchers are valid for 12 months and transferable.

What do I need to take part?

A driving licence, a mechanically sound car, a helmet and a good mood. No race prep needed, beginners are genuinely welcome and coaching is included.

Is my car insured on track?

Usually not under a normal motor policy, so please check before booking. There are dedicated track day insurers and we are happy to help. Damage to track infrastructure is the responsibility of whoever caused it.

Which cars are allowed?

Anything mechanically sound, from a road-going sports car to a race car. Helmets are mandatory for everyone in the car. Unsure about slicks, noise limits or modifications? Message us before booking and we will sort it out.

Can I run a car that is not road registered?

In principle yes. One thing matters though: on track, participants are liable to one another, each for any damage they cause to others. If your car has no valid motor third-party insurance, for example because it is not road registered, you need your own participant liability cover and have to show us the policy once. Just get in touch beforehand if you have questions.

Is there paperwork on the day?

No. You sign the liability waiver online in advance, and so can your passengers. On the day it is simply: check in, collect your wristband, drivers briefing at 8:45 am, drive.

How do race numbers work?

After booking you pick your preferred number in your cockpit from the ones still free, and it is reserved for you straight away.
